Philadelphia and Pineapple

You may be wondering this evening what Philadelphia and pineapples have to do with each other.
Well, I am here to inform you as to the deeper similarities of these two.
First: both can be found in south-eastern Pennsylvania. Hard to believe, I know. And while the location of Philadelphia may not be the shocker of the century, I can attest with witnesses (namely Latro and his pea pod mates) to the existence of pineapple in Pennsylvania; in Philadelphia no less!

Second: Both are dear to good Yoda's heart. Pineapple stands obvious without need of explanation. Philadelphia on the other hand needs a bit of understanding on the part of the faithful readers. See, despite the honking horns and the dirty streets and the ugly city surroundings, Philadelphia remains the city of brotherly love where the United States of America grew its fledging wings. Even despite the tacky painted tarp overlay to mask Independence Hall's repairs, this American gal appreciates the historic nature of those red brick buildings.
Third: both Philadelphia and pineapple start with p's and include more than one p in their letter structure.
Lastly, and most obviously the most important: both starred in this American girl's weekend. :)
